If you're a short sale agent, you should read this piece of info by the folks at HREU. I personally I'm glad to hear that BofA is going to introduce a more agressive "cash-for-keys" program, perhaps offering $10k, $20k or $30k to the homeowner in exchange might be more appealing than $3,000.
